Frank Carroll Graham III, 61, of Westminster, died Saturday, Dec. 21, 2013, at Carroll Hospital Center.

Born Sept. 5, 1952, in Baltimore, he was the son of Madlyn Hardesty Graham, of Eldersburg, and the late Frank Carroll Graham Jr. He was the husband of Donna Dutterer Graham, his wife of 36 years.

He was the lab manager at Carroll Hospital Center for 27 years and currently was doing consulting work as a clinical chemist. He attended St. Mary's United Church of Christ in Silver Run. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing, boating, trains and was an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles.

Surviving, in addition to his mother and wife, are children Nicole "Nicki" Graham, of Westminster, Frank Carroll Graham IV and wife Francesca, of Elkridge, and Melissa "Missy" Graham, of Westminster; sisters Dale Morton and husband Ted, and Madlyn Haas and husband Don, of Eldersburg; and brother Alan Graham and wife Sherry, of Eldersburg.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.

Visitation will also be held from 10 a.m. until the time of funeral service, 11 a.m. Friday at St. Mary's United Church of Christ, 1441 E. Mayberry Road, Westminster. Interment will be at St. Mary's Cemetery.
