Frank Miller, 61, of Shrewsbury, Pa., formerly of Maryland, died Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013, at home.

Born Dec. 6, 1951, in Bakersville, N.C., he was the son of Maude Tipton Miller and the late Lee Roy Miller. He was the husband of Janese Smith Miller, his wife of 30 years.

He was an Army veteran, serving during Vietnam. He was employed at Eagle Machining in New Freedom, Pa., last working in 2011. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and especially his dogs, Samson and Delilah. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Surviving, in addition to his mother and wife, are children Robin Lawson, Michael Peters and wife Bethany, and Stacey and Amber Miller; siblings Cindy, Johnny and Debbie Miller, and Kathy Hipp; and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at 4 p.m. today at Stewart American Legion Post 455, 19222 Barrens Road South, Stewartstown.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 35, Maryland Line, MD 21105.

Arrangements are by J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary in New Freedom, Pa.
