Frank Andrew "Frankie" Wiseman III, age 66, of Westminster, died Monday, July 25, 2016 at Sinai Hospital, Baltimore, following complications from heart disease. Born July 1, 1950 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Frank A. Wiseman Jr. and Mary West Wiseman. He was the loving husband of Phyllis Wiseman, his wife of 31 years. Frankie was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Westminster, where he played the guitar in the church band. He was a great family man, adored his family and had an awesome sense of humor. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are children, Michael T. Wiseman and wife Tina, Bobby J. Stork and wife Crystal, and Danielle N. Wiseman and fiancé, Mike O'Leary; grandchildren, Brayden, Lillian, Dylan, Jake, Kevin, Braxton, Kevin and Austin; siblings, Thomas R. Wiseman and wife Robin, Nancy L. Warren and husband Randy; brother-in-law, Butch Mummaugh; and numerous loving nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Eleanor Mummaugh. The family will receive friends at Trinity Lutheran Church, 833 Deer Park Rd., Westminster on Wednesday, July 27 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 28 at the church. Pastor Dahl Drenning will officiate. Interment will follow in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the , 1393 Progress Way, Suite 908, Eldersburg, MD 21784.
