Grace Genevieve Goodman, 90, of Westminster, died Sunday, December 8, 2013, at Carroll Hospital Center.

Born February 25, 1923, in Altoona, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Mary Runzo Traino. She was the wife of Kenneth E. Goodman, her husband of 30 years, who died in 1978.

She was a graduate of Mount Aloysius College in Cresson, Pa. She retired as a finance officer for the Carroll County Department of Social Services.

She was a longtime member of St. John Catholic Church, where she volunteered for many events while her sons were students there. She enjoyed playing bridge and being with her family.

Surviving are sons and daughters-in-law Greg and Nanette Goodman, of Harrisburg, Pa., Kenneth and Marta Goodman, of Ellicott City, and Scott and Mimi Goodman, of Columbia; grandchildren Kimberly Berg and husband Steve, Amanda Baldiviezo and husband Hector, Matthew, Marielle, Adam, Madeline and Jordan Goodman; and great-grandchildren Tyler, Adrianna, Jacob, Giana and Nico.

She was predeceased by siblings Joseph, Steve, Virginia and John Traino; and a sister-in-law, Marie Traino.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at noon Saturday at St. John Catholic Church, 43 Monroe St., Westminster, with the Rev. John Lesnick officiating. Interment will follow in Meadow Branch Cemetery.
