Harold Franklin Cluff, 57 of Eldersburg, died Sunday, September 28, 2014 at Carroll Hospice Dove House in Westminster. Born December 29, 1956 in Coldwater, Michigan, he was the son of the late Vernie Charles and Betty Luella Stull Cluff. He was the husband of Tammy Cluff of Eldersburg. He had been a night shift supervisor with the USDA. He loved his Harley Davidson and spending time with his family. He had a great sense of humor. Surviving in addition to his wife are sons Adam Spurrell and his fiance Heather Haugh of Taneytown, Trevor Spurrell and Abe Cluff, both of Eldersburg, daughter and son-in-law Tara and Clint Shamer of York, PA, brother and sister-in-law Carl and Brenda Cluff of Coldwater, MI, sisters Elizabeth Foor and her husband Brian of Montpelier, OH, and Augusta Croy and her companion Dan Bickmase of Fairmont, MN, and grandchildren Brady, Abigail, and Grace Shamer. The family will receive friends at the Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Rd., Sykesville on Thursday from 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 1:00 pm.
