Harvey Michael Barnhart, age 58, of Westminster passed away on Sunday, December 6, 2015, at his home. Born December 20, 1956 in Gettysburg, PA, he was the son of the late Charles E., Sr. and Martha G. Jeffcoat Barnhart. Michael had worked at various handyman jobs over the years. He is survived by his brother, Deacon Charles E. Barnhart, Jr. of Taneytown. He was predeceased by a brother, Ronald E. Barnhart who died in November of 1973. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2015, at 11am at Meadow Branch Cemetery, Westminster. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the Keysville Lutheran Church, 7301 Keysville Road, Keymar, MD 21757.
