Hazel M. Strevig Randall, 92, died Monday, Sept. 17, 2012, in Tucson, Ariz.

Born March 20, 1920, in Carroll County, she was the daughter of the late Aggie Jane Miller and John Allen Weaver Strevig. She was the wife of the late Paul Leo Randall, her husband of 50 years.

She had worked as a baker in the Carroll County Schools for 19 years and was known for her pies, cakes and cookies. She played piano by ear, and enjoyed gardening and writing her memoir.

She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Westminster, until she transferred to St. John on the Desert Presbyterian Church in Tucson, where a memorial service was conducted in October.

Surviving are a sister, Doris Decker; children Regina Mangold and husband John, Carolyn Pittenturf and P. Thomas Randall; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; nine great great-grandchildren; and five great-great-great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by brothers George Strevig, Noah Strevig and John Strevig; sisters Lillie Johnson, Mary Pfeffer, Ruth Krom and Agnes Selby; and a granddaughter, Danita Comaduran.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. June 10 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Rev. Carnes Hall, 665 St. John's Road, Littlestown, Pa.
