Heather Joy Allison Lord Saylor age 39 of Eldersburg, MD entered the Kingdom of Heaven on Saturday January 28, 2017, after a courageous battle with metastatic breast cancer. She was the wife, best friend and soulmate of Brian Saylor and the dedicated and devoted mother to Jessica Hazel Saylor. She was the much-loved daughter of Byron and the late Ronna Lord. She attained ultimate victory as she joined her mother, Hazel Boyte Kern and her nephew Noah Thomas Emory Lord in the arms of the Lord. She is survived by her husband Brian Lee Saylor, her daughter Jessica Hazel Marie Saylor, her father, Byron Nelson Lord, her brothers Glen Stuart Nelson Lord and John Robert Boardman Lord, her brother by marriage, Kevin Saylor, her two sisters by marriage Tanya Dihoff Lord and Nina Leko Lord along with her nieces and nephews Vladik, Ethan, Ivan, Emily, Alice, and Irene. As Research Director at CoStar Group she was valued and adored. Heather loved her colleagues and considered many of them to be her friends, close friends, verging on family. Heather lived her life as Jesus taught us all to do: She loved the Lord her God with all her heart and with all her soul and with all her mind. Please join her family in a Celebration of Life ceremony: "Stubborn Joy" On Saturday February 4th, at 10:00 AM, at LifePoint Church, 1701 Emory Rd., Reisterstown, MD, 21136, 410-239-4700. Many organizations support Breast Cancer Research but this is one of the few that specifically focuses on Stage 4 metastatic cancer. Heather was very determined to support this organization.
