James C. Polk Jr., 22, of Woodbine, died Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013, at University Hospital Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore.

Born Aug. 1, 1991, in Baltimore, he was the son of Dawn M. Engles Polk and James C. Polk Sr. of, Woodbine.

He was a graduate of Century High School, and was an electrical apprentice for IBEW Local No. 26 of Washington, D.C. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a brother, Andrew Polk, of Woodbine; grandparents Charles and Janet Polk, of Manchester, and Anna Mae Hanssen, of Catonsville; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Loudon Park Cemetery in Baltimore.
