James Edward "Jim" Bosley, 72, of Westminster, died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012, at his daughter's residence in Sykesville.

Born May 5, 1940, in Finksburg, he was the son of the late Helen Marie Hyde Bosley and Stanley P. Bosley. He was the former husband of Phyllis Bosley, of Westminster.

Before retiring he worked as a truck driver and truck mechanic for Tri-State Trucking in Baltimore.

He was a fan of the Orioles, Ravens and Yankees, and enjoyed coin collecting.

Surviving are daughters and sons-in-law Sherrie L.B. and Lee Howe, of Sykesville, Lesa Becker, of Westminster, and Lorrie and Vince Dell, of Finksburg; a son, Jeffrey Bosley, of Westminster; brothers and sisters-in-law Thomas S. and Laverne Bosley, of Mount Airy, and Robert P. and Francis Bosley, of Union Bridge; grandchildren Tim Becker, Kim Giska, Amanda Largent, Brandon Bosley, Bethany Howe, Brion Dell, Heather Largent, Rachel Bosley and Adam Howe; and five great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a granddaughter, Justine Bosley.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Krider's Cemetery, with the Rev. Dave Bare officiating.
