John Anthony Giudice, 70, of Manchester, died Tuesday May 29, 2012, at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.

Born Aug. 20, 1941, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late John Anthony Giudice Sr. and Helen Jenkins Woodward. He was the husband of Sharon J. Blamble Giudice, his wife of 37 years.

He was a graduate of Parkville Senior High School. He had worked for the Social Security Administration as a disability benefits manager for 28 years, retiring in 1990. He then went to work as a truck driver for Maryland Paving Inc.

He was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church in Hampstead. He enjoyed his truck and spending time with his grandchildren.

Surviving are sons and daughter-in-law John and Wendy Brown, of Reisterstown, and Jack Brown, of Hampstead; daughters and sons-in-law Vickie and Jeff Beard, and Jaimie and Matt Miserandino, all of Manchester; grandchildren Regan and Ryan Brown, Kristina, Karli and Kelsi Beard, and Olivea, Carsyn and Kerrigan Miserandino; a sister, Rosemary Westfall, of Towson; and sister-in-law Linda Bosley and husband Gary, of Hampstead.

The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday; and from 10 a.m. until the time of service, 11 a.m. Friday, at Eline Funeral Home, 934 S. Main St., Hampstead, with his pastor, the Rev. Denise Millett officiating. Private interment will be at a later date.
