John George Luber Sr., 69, of Finksburg, died Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at home.

Born Dec. 25, 1943, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Mary Drummond and Frank Luber. He was the husband of Millie Luber.

He worked for 45 years as an engineer for Hedwin Corporation in Baltimore.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are sons and daughter-in-laws John G. Jr. and Kim Luber, of Manchester, David P. and Janice Luber, of Westminster, Karen Anne and John Radcliffe, of Eldersburg; brother and sister-in-law Frank and Susan Luber, of Bishopville; a sister-in-law, Pat Luber, of Ellicott City; and 13 grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a brother, Joe Luber.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.

Prayer services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be held at a later date.
