Joseph Michael Seitler, 53, of Westminster died Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014 at Carroll Hospice Dove House. He was known as "Bandana Mike" throughout the area. Born March 17, 1961 in Montgomery County, he was the son of the late Ruth and Joseph Seitler. He was a Navy Veteran and served during the Invasion of Grenada. A mason by trade, he loved to read and was a fan of the Baltimore Ravens & Orioles. Surviving are his son and daughter-in-law Christopher and Melissa Seitler of Stow, OH. Also surviving are his siblings and spouses Mark & Beckie Seitler of Westminster, Becky Stauff of Brunswick, Maine, Mary & Jerry Farver and Beth Nickelson all of Westminster and Jim and Lauren Seitler of West Hills, Calif.; and eight nieces and nephews. Inurnment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Carroll Hospice, 292 Stoner Ave., Westminster, MD 21157.
