Joyce Juanita Baublitz, 53, of Westminster, died Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, at her residence.

Born Sept. 5, 1959, in Frederick County, she was the daughter of the late Charles Muller and June Eckard Thomas, of Carroll County. She was the wife of Richard "Dick" Baublitz, of Westminster.

She was a homemaker and went out of her way for family and friends. She enjoyed spending time with her family and dog "Girl Girl."

She was a member of the Westminster Elks Lodge No. 2277 and Lady of the Elks.

Surviving, in addition to her mother and husband, are sons James Blalock and wife Kelsie, of Biloxi, Miss.; and Joseph Blalock, of Carroll County; stepson Brandon Baublitz, of Carroll County; sisters and brother-in-laws Ellena and Ronald Martin, of Woodsboro; Susan Muller, of North Carolina; Lisa and Wayne Reed, of Thurmont; brothers Carroll Muller, of Carroll County; and John Muller of Waynesboro, Pa.; friends Shelby Jones and Sandy Grable; and numerous step-brothers, step-sisters, nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by brothers Gene, Joseph and Todd Eric Muller, and nephew Eric Muller.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.

A memorial service followed by prayer services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home by the Westminster Elks. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the funeral home or the , 1393 Progress Way, Suite 908, Eldersburg, MD 21784.
