Juanita Fay Lowe, 78, of Hampstead, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018, at Long View Nursing Home in Manchester. Juanita was born on August 26, 1939 in Rural Retreat, Virginia and was the daughter of the late George Sylvester and Elsie (King) Parks. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Kenneth Lowe, in 1997. Juanita was a production worker for Noxell Corporation. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and shopping with her sister. She loved doing flower arrangements and crafts. Juanita was part of the Wiseburg United Methodist Church. Surviving Juanita are her children Robert W. Lowe of Wilmington, DE, Rhonda Knickman and husband Jimmy of Hampstead, and Rheta M. Robertson and husband Jimmy of Westminster; siblings Bertye Bosley and husband Paul of Freeland, and Earl Roger Parks and wife Sharon of Taneytown; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Juanita was predeceased by her son Jeffrey "Squinch" Lowe in 2015 and brother Clarence "Butch" Parks in 2000. The family will receive friends on Monday, March 12, 2018 at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster from 12:00 noon until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Greenmount Cemetery in Hampstead. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Carroll Hospice 292 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, Maryland 21157.
