Lloyd Roger Sullivan, 87, of Catonsville, died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013, at Carroll Lutheran Village.

Born Sept. 9, 1925, in Reisterstown, he was the son of the late Wm. Douglas Sullivan Sr. and Mary L. Gardner Sullivan. He was the husband of the late Anna Elizabeth McLaurine Sullivan, his wife of 49 years.

He served honorably with the Navy in World War II. He retired as central foreman after 39 years of service with the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company.

Surviving are children and spouses David and Pamela Sullivan, of Hampstead, Patricia and Kenneth Davis, of Westminster, Michael and Dale Sullivan, of Ormond Beach, Fla., and Margaret and Robert Stotts, of Campbellsville Ky.; grandchildren Tracy Phelps, Matthew Davis, Jessica King, Brittany and Emily Sullivan, Lloyd and Jacob Stotts, and Elizabeth and Glenn Harvison; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Betty Jane Ensor.

He was predeceased by a brother, Wm. Douglas Sullivan Jr.; and friend and companion Marian DeLuca.

Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, and from 10 a.m. until time of service, 11 a.m. Friday at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills. Interment will be in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
