Lois Elizabeth Stephan, 70, of Finksburg passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Carroll Hospital Center. She was born on May 4, 1946 in Baltimore and was the daughter of the late Harry Montrose and Virginia May (Wingfield) Engles. She was the beloved wife of Kenneth Leroy Stephan, who predeceased her in 2009. Lois worked as a certified medical assistant for Dr. Michael Barnett in Westminster. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Liberty Post 122 of Owings Mills and the Red Hat Society. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Surviving her are daughter and son-in-law Jacqueline A. and David Talbert of Westminster, son and daughter-in-law Kevin W. and Andrea Murphy of Hanover, PA, daughter and son-in-law Virginia M. "Ginger" and Jeff Fenker of Westminster, son and daughter-in-law Joseph L. and Leslie Stephan of Westminster, son Robert L. Stephan of Westminster; sister Marion Yingling of Westminster, sister Carole Engles of Randallstown, brother and sister-in-law Daniel and Gale Engles of Westminster; 11 grandchildren Amber, Seth, Ryan, Jacob, Joshua, Ebi, Shain, Eric, Samantha, Tyler, Tori; 4 great-grandchildren Kallianna, Aiden, Eleanor, Olivia; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brother-in-law Will Yingling. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 10, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 11, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. David Sulcer officiating. Interment will be in Meadow Branch Cemetery, Westminster.
