Lola May Drabic, 92, of Manchester, died Saturday, July 20, 2013, at Long View Nursing Home.

Born Jan. 2, 1921, in Hampstead, she was the daughter of the late George W. Sr. and Nancy May Miller Knouse. She was the wife of Peter Drabic, who died in October 1988.

She lived in Union Bridge all her married life. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church in Libertytown and attended St. John Catholic Church with her family when she moved to Westminster in 1995.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was an avid bowler and took pride in her flower gardens. She enjoyed bingo and taking bus trips.

Surviving are daughter and son-in-law Nancy B. and Karl V. Reichlin, of Westminster; son and daughter-in-law Peter E. and Deborah Drabic, of New Windsor; grandchildren Mark Blacksten and wife Tracie, of Westminster, and Michael Drabic, of Owings Mills; great-grandchildren Sean and Sydney Blacksten; step-granddaughter Vicky McDonold and husband Chris; and a step-great-granddaughter, Emily.

She was predeceased by a grandson, Jeffrey Blacksten; a son-in-law, Harold Blacksten; brothers George W. Jr., Sam W., Russell L., James H. and John E. Knouse; and sisters Myrle Schultz Logue, Dorothy Henry and Mary Murray.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. John Catholic Church, 43 Monroe St., Westminster. Interment will be in St. Peters Cemetery in Liberytown.
