Loraine Elizabeth Kraft, 94, of Westminster, died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, at home.

Born Oct. 28, 1918, in Shimersville, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Glancy M. and Bertha E. Kemmerer Rader. She was the wife of Arlington Sterling Kraft, who died in 2006.

She formerly attended St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Westminster. She enjoyed spending time with and being surrounded by her large family.

Surviving are children Donald T. Kraft and companion Jimette Dragani, of Westminster, Elaine C. Lucas and husband Donald, of Red Lion, Pa., Timothy W. Kraft and wife Betty, of Manchester, Randolph K. Kraft and companion Pam Silver, of Taneytown, Jeffrey B. Kraft, of New Windsor, Philip D. Kraft, of Westminster, and Eric "Bart" Kraft and wife Bonnie, of Taneytown; sisters Mae E. Montz, of Elizabethtown, Pa., H. Arlene Kline, of Bark River, Mich., and Audrey L. Parker, of Allentown, Pa.; grandchildren Cheryl Crowe, Christine L., Benjamin, Nichole and Brant Kraft, Scott M. Lucas and Erin Deardorff; 12 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and caregivers Sandy Hale, Carroll Hospice nurses, and Dr. Nayan Vaywala.

She was predeceased by a son, Lee H. Kraft, who died in September.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 91 Willis St., Westminster.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Marty K. Kuchma officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Finksburg.
