Lou An Yankulics, age 59, of Frederick, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 16, 2015. Born October 26, 1955, in Baltimore, MD she was the daughter of the late Reverend James Johnson and Mary Evelyn Livesay Johnson. She was the wife of Charles Yankulics of Frederick. Lou Ann had worked a salesperson with the Macy's Department Store for 21 years. She was a member of Glenwood Missionary Baptist Church, Glenwood Lou Ann enjoyed playing the piano and singing. She especially enjoyed her cats, 'Noei' and 'Little One'. Surviving in addition to her husband are brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Ann Johnson of Greensboro, NC, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John Yankulics of Monessen, PA and sister-in-law, Mary Hartley of Coal Center, PA. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6 to 8 PM at the Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville, MD. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 10 AM at Glenwood Missionary Baptist Church, Glenwood. Those desiring may make memorial donations to Glenwood Missionary Baptist Church in her memory.
