M. Glenn Clark Sr., 79, of Westminster, died Wednesday, July 3, 2013, at Carroll Hospice's Dove House.

Born May 2, 1934, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Martin Joseph and Ruby Ann Whitehead Clark. He was the husband of Arlene Doris Blottenberger Clark, who died Aug. 4, 2009.

He was a 1952 graduate of Towson High School and attended the University of Maryland. He was the past president for Maryland Tire in Baltimore. He was a former member of the Maryland Tire Dealers Association, the Maryland Motor Truck Association, the American Retreaders Association and the National Tire Dealers and Retreaders Association.

He was a member of the North Carroll Rod and Gun Club, the Amateur Trap Shooters Association and St. John Catholic Church. He also enjoyed golfing.

Surviving are daughters and son-in-law Holly Clark Dull and Donald Dull, of Hanover, Pa., and Laura Lee Clark, of Ocean Isle Beach, N.C.; a brother, Martin J. Clark Jr., of Forest Hill; and a sister, Noralee Whitehead Yowell, of White Marsh.

He was predeceased by a son, M. Glenn Clark Jr., who died May 22, 2012; and a sister, Juanita Ann Norman.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at St. John Catholic Church, 43 Monroe St., Westminster, with the Rev. John Lesnick officiating. Interment will follow in Meadow Branch Cemetery.
