Marcella Mae "Sue" Bosley, 70, of Upperco, died Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2013, at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster.

Born Nov. 16, 1942, in Upperco, she was the daughter of the late John A. and Virginia Mae Bergen Parry. She was the wife of James C. S. Bosley, her husband of 52 years.

She had worked for Westminster Shoe Company and also for the Bureau of Indian Affairs in Fairbanks, Alaska, before becoming her husband's business partner at Fowblesburg Motors in Upperco 48 years ago.

She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Arcadia and a life member of the Boring Volunteer Fire Company, having been active there for more than 30 years. She enjoyed crocheting, collecting cookbooks and spending time with her family.

Surviving are daughter and son-in-law Sharon M. and Major Timothy Mullen, of Finksburg; a son, James F. Bosley, of Upperco; grandsons Connor Patrick and Ian Patrick Mullen; and nieces Kathy Wesley, of Upperco, JoAnne Burk, of Reisterstown, and Luann Yealdhall, of Hampstead.

She was predeceased by brothers Gordon and Richard Burk.

The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Eline Funeral Home, 934 S. Main St., Hampstead.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with her pastor, the Rev. Melvina Stricklin officiating. Interment will be in Mount Zion United Methodist Cemetery in Upperco.
