Margie Ann Bilger, 63, of Hampstead, died Monday, Sept. 19, 2016, surrounded by her loving family, at the Golden Living Center. Born June 23, 1953 in Westminster, she was the daughter of the late William Fred Seipp Sr. and Margie Pauline Bowersox Seipp. Survived by her loving husband, Edward W. Bilger. She worked for Penguin Random House and was also the attendant at the Soap Opera Laundry Mat in Hampstead. She graduated from Westminster High School in 1972. She was an avid Ravens fan and enjoyed going to the ocean. Besides her husband she is survived by three children, Eric Eckard of Westminster, Jason Eckard of Taneytown and Margie Angela Eckard of Westminster, 2 sisters; Joyce Hamilton of Westminster and Vicky Williams of Missouri, a brother Rick Seipp of Morristown, NJ, 3 step-children; Holly Lynn Bilger of Indiana, Sherry Lynn Bilger of Parkton and Patrick William Bilger of Arizona. Also survived by 21 grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother William Fred "Bill" Seipp, Jr. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 and Thursday, September 22, 2016 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 23, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with Deacon Charles Barnhart officiating. Interment will follow at Carrollton Church of God Cemetery.
