Marion A. Clark, 95, of Snow Hill, MD and formerly of Easton died on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Chesapeake Cottage Assisted Living in Snow Hill. She was born in Chicago, IL on November 14, 1920. She was the daughter of the late Peter Szyper and Rose Wonsewicz Szyper. She attended Thomas Kelly High School in Chicago graduating in the class of 1938. In March of 1943, she enlisted in the United States Army Air Corp, serving in the European Theatre of Operations. She was honorably discharged in 1945. Upon coming home from serving her country, Mrs. Clark attended DePaul University in Chicago and later transferred to Dominican College, graduating Cum Laude in 1950. After graduation, she was recalled into the Air Force during the Korean Conflict. She served at NSA and in 1953 became a Russian Language Officer. In 1955, she was honorably discharged from the military, but continued her employment with NSA until July of 1964. Later that same year, in December, she began working as a social worker for the State of Maryland, retiring in 1985. On September 4, 1954, she married Dean E. Clark, residing in Arlington, VA. In 1954, they moved to Prince George's County in Maryland. In 1963, they moved to Carroll County and in 1988 to Easton, Maryland. She is survived by three daughters, Rose Regan, Mary Beavers, and Adele Donnelly; two grandchildren, Kate Rhue and Melissa Bosely. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dean; a brother, Stanley Szyper, and two sisters, Virginia Szyper, and Sophie Reichold.
