Marion Mable DeVault, 90, of New Oxford, Pa., died Monday, Oct. 15, 2012, at Cross Keys Village, the Brethren Home in New Oxford.

Born Sept. 9, 1922, in Carlos, she was the daughter of the late George and Mildred Fairgrieve Fatkin. She was the wife of Richard H. DeVault, her husband of 68 years, who died April 24, 2011.

She had worked as a statistician for Lockheed Martin Corporation for 30 years. She was a member of the Freedom Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Surviving are daughter Rebecca Wirt and son-in-law Fred; a sister, Christine Buskirk; brother Earl Fatkin and wife Betsy; granddaughters Deanna Adair, Dawn Fryzek and Karen Brownlow; great-grandchildren Patrick, Alyssa, Anna, Becca and Hailey; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a brother, George Fatkin Jr.; and a brother-in-law, Harold Buskirk.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service, noon Thursday at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Eldersburg. Internment will follow in Lake View Memorial Park.
