Marjorie Ann Custis Webster, 86, of Manchester, died Sunday, March 16, 2014, at Columbia Cottage Assisted Living in Hanover, Pa.

Born Dec. 25, 1927, in Pocomoke City, she was the daughter of the late Upshur and Roxie Garrity Custis. She was the wife of Thomas S. Trevey Jr., who died in 1990.

She worked for more than 25 years as a telephone operator with C&P Telephone Company.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Surviving are sons Thomas S. Trevey III and wife Linda, of Manchester, and Dennis J. Trevey and wife Kathleen, of Baltimore; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a brother, James "Jim" Custis.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service, 11 a.m. Thursday at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 91 Willis St., Westminster, with the Rev. Anne C. Durboraw officiating. Entombment will be private in Bel Air Memorial Gardens in Bel Air.
