Mary Jane 'G.G.' Gloth, 84, of Finksburg, died Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at her home surrounded by her family.

Born June 20, 1928, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Paul Prosser Sr. and Nellie Prosser and the wife of the late Fred M. Gloth Jr.

Gloth was a dedicated Catholic, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother-to-be and friend. She nurtured a generous spirit of giving and service in all of her children and grandchildren.

Surviving are her children, F. Michael Gloth III and his wife Maybian, of Naples, Fla., Anne Marie Vitti and her husband Tony, of Perry Hall, Sean T. Gloth and his wife Mary Jane Gloth, of Clarksville, Paul D. Gloth and his wife Patricia, of Ellicott City, Mark J. Gloth and his wife Janet, of Finksburg, and David P. Gloth and his wife Anna, of Finksburg; brothers Paul J. Prosser Jr. and his wife Dottie, of Timonium, and Joseph L. Prosser, of Glen Arm; 21 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A mass of the resurrection will be held at Sacred Heart Church of Glyndon, 65 Sacred Heart Lane, Glyndon, at 2 p.m. June 7.

Interment will take place at a later date in St. Alphonsus Cemetery in Woodstock.
