Miriam Virginia Sinnott, 74, of Hampstead, died Friday, Aug. 9, 2013, at the Carroll Lutheran Village in Westminster.

Born June 23, 1939, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Earle and Hazel Spahr. She was the wife of Charles Paul Sinnott, her husband of 47 years.

She was a graduate of the Union Memorial School of Nursing and had been a registered nurse at GBMC. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Towson Chapter 070, and St. John United Methodist Church in Hampstead. She was an avid Ravens fan and enjoyed playing bunco.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are daughter Lisa Arcuri and husband Paul; stepdaughters, Diana McManus and Kathy Howard; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Eline Funeral Home, 934 S. Main St., Hampstead. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. Melissa Rudolph officiating. Interment will be at a later date.
