Nancy H. Bullock, 75, of Mount Airy, died Sunday, March 9, 2014.

Born April 9, 1938, in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late Millard E. Peake II and Helen Turner Murphy. She was the wife of Robert F. Bullock, her husband of 53 years.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time outdoors and was an avid nature lover, who cared for all creatures great and small.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are children Debbie Soyland, of Mount Airy, and Robert E. Bullock and wife Elizabeth, of Dallas; grandchildren Jacob Soyland, and Caitlyn and Allyson Rennie; and numerous siblings, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, March 14, at Stauffer Funeral Homes, 8 E. Ridgeville Blvd., Mount Airy.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 15, with the Rev. Art Monroe officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery in Mount Airy.
