Nancy May Elizabeth Watson, 77, of Westminster, died Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013, at Carroll Hospital Center.

Born May 27, 1936, in Westminster, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Nellie Yingling Zentz. She was the wife of the late Charles Windsor Watson, who died May 6, 1962.

She was a supervisor at AW Industries for 20 years. Then she worked as a seamstress for English American for 22 years. She enjoyed casinos and playing the slots, especially in Las Vegas and Charles Town. She also enjoyed traveling to Arizona and the Grand Canyon, watching Jeopardy, collecting over 3,500 salt and pepper shakers, spending time with her family, and was known as everyone's "Grandmaw." She enjoyed spending time with her dog Sadie and cat Buddy.

Surviving are sons Ken "Pee Wee" Watson and Herbert "Herbie" Watson, both of Westminster; sisters Patsy Yingling, of Westminster, Dorothy Greene, of Union Bridge, and Betty Zentz, of Reisterstown; grandchildren Joy Wise and Kenny Watson; and great-grandchildren Morgan Wise, Tyler Wise, Samantha Wise, Lilly Watson and Autumn Watson.

She was predeceased by siblings Mary Watson, Shirley Pollard, Jimmy Zentz and Jerry Zentz.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster.

A funeral service will be held at noon Wednesday at the funeral home, with Deacon Joe Cinquino officiating. Interment will be in Westminster Cemetery.
