Nicholas Adam Reiter, 56, of Marion Station, died Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012, at home.

Born Oct. 14, 1956, in Baltimore, he was the son of John N. Reiter, of Taneytown, and of Shirley Novak Reiter, who died in March 2012.

He was a 1974 graduate of Westminster High School. He worked as a master plumber.

He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan and enjoyed hunting, fishing and working on trucks and cars.

Surviving, in addition to his father, are sons Nicholas R. Reiter and wife Robin, of Carroll County, and Bradley P. Reiter, of Westminster; siblings Darlene Zeiler, of Westminster, John F. Reiter, of Taneytown, and Deborah R. Knouse, of Keymar; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 91 Willis St., Westminster.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Martha W. Clementson officiating. Interment will follow in Meadow Branch Cemetery in Westminster.
