Norma J. (Ravenscroft) Lambert, 78 of Westminster, MD Passed Friday, January 13, 2017 at the Dove House in Westminster She was the Beloved spouse of the late Roy Lee Lambert, Sr. Mrs. Lambert was born August 2, 1938 in Lonaconing, MD the daughter of the late Elmer B. and late Sarah Elizabeth (Shockey) Ravenscroft. Mrs. Lambert was an elementary school teacher for over 35 years for Baltimore County Public Schools. She was a member of Westminster United Methodist Church and also was a life member of the Westminster VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Devoted mother of Rhonda L. and husband Scott Dutrow of Emmitsburg, Roy L Lambert, Jr. of Westminster. Dear Sister of William, John, Richard and Robert Ravenscroft. Also survived by 4 Grandchildren and 2 Great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 6-8 PM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784. Where funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2017 11 AM. Interment to follow in Lake View Memorial Park, Sykesville, MD 21784. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Dove House 292 Stoner Ave. Westminster, MD 21157
