Norma Jean (nee Miller) Ferguson, 77 of Sykesville, died Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at Carroll Hospice Dove House in Westminster. Born October 26, 1937 in Stanley, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Charles "Bay" and Effie "Lizzie" Rosier. She was the wife of the late Charles "Tim" Ferguson. She had been a longtime employee of Springfield Hospital Center. She was a member of the Primetimers Senior Club in Eldersburg. She was a lifetime member of the Springfield Hospital Center Auxiliary and was a former member of the Sykesville Freedom District Fire Department Auxiliary. Surviving are son Stephen L. Oursler, daughters Carol L. Jarvinen and Laura L. Mandella, stepdaughters Tamara Wolfe and Kathy Jesse, brother Charles Rosier, sister Marjorie Smith, 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and companion Reds Stonebraker. She was predeceased by her sister Barbara Dudderar. The family will receive friends at the Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville on Sunday from 12pm to 2pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made the Springfied Hospital Auxiliary, c/o Volunteer Services, 6655 Sykesville Rd., Sykesville, MD 21784, or to Sykesville Freedom District Fire Department, P.O.
