Olivia Michelle "Libby" Helton, age 22, of New Windsor, died Friday, March 9, 2018 at her home. Born December 27, 1995 in Chattanooga, TN, she was the daughter of Kimberly P. Harper Graham and the stepdaughter of Johnny Graham of New Windsor. Libby enjoyed drawing, coloring, swimming, eating, traveling and listening to music. She is also survived by maternal grandparents, Hobert and Aileen Harper of Chattanooga; paternal grandparents, Mary and Johnnie Graham of Lemon Springs, NC; brothers, Christopher, Julian, Jeffrey and Ashton and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 17 at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 200 Main St., New Windsor, with church pastor, Rev. Shari McCourt and grandmother, Pastor Mary Graham, officiating. Interment will follow in Pipe Creek Cemetery. The family will have a repast and a time of greeting at Zigler Dining Hall, located at Springdale Preparatory School, 500 Main St., New Windsor, following the interment service.
