Parker James Wittle, 22, of Eldersburg, died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013.

Born Dec. 31, 1990, in Baltimore, he was the son of Dave and Chris Wittle, of Eldersburg.

He was a 2009 graduate of Liberty High School, where he played soccer and lacrosse. He was a member of Boy Scout Troop No. 1120 and Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity at Frostburg State University.

He was an avid Ravens fan and enjoyed playing for the Brootal, and spending time with his family. He also enjoyed watching "The Walking Dead" with his girlfriend, his dad and a cousin, Brooklyn Wittle.

Surviving, in addition to his parents, are brothers Max and Harrison Wittle, both of Eldersburg; grandparents Janice Wittle, of York, Pa., and John and Barbara Stawecki, of Ocean Pines; a girlfriend, Kristie Dougherty, of Sykesville; and aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was predeceased by a grandfather, James Wittle.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Messiah Lutheran Church, 5600 Old Washington Road, Sykesville. Interment will be in Highland View Cemetery in Sykesville.
