Patricia "Patty" Lynn Bankert, 55, of Westminster, died Friday, November 14, 2014 at home. Born November 18, 1958 in Gettysburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late James Edwin "Ed" Stuller and Doris Virginia Tucker Stuller. Survived by her husband of 37 years, Ray Bankert. She was the Bookkeeper at Babylon Vault Company. She graduated from Westminster High School in 1976. She was a member of Granite Missionary Baptist Church and the Littlestown Eagles. She enjoyed her granddaughters, being with family, camping, and riding on her husband's Harley Davidson Trike. Besides her husband, she is survived by sons Eric Bankert and wife Kim of Taneytown, Josh Bankert and wife Kristen of Glen Rock, PA, brothers Gary N. Stonesifer of Westminster, Michael T. Stonesifer of Westminster, Ted Stonesifer and wife Roberta of Westminster, Jay R. Stuller and wife Diane of New Windsor, sisters Susan K. Stuller of Westminster, Laurie M. Griffith and husband Harry of Hampstead, father-in-law Samuel O. Bankert of Westminster, brother-in-law and sister-in-law John and Pat Bankert of Westminster, 5 granddaughters, Devin, Rylee, Logan, Karleigh and Jacqueline. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with her brother-in-law, Harry Griffith officiating. Interment will be at Meadow Branch Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Stacey Davis Breast Cancer Fund or the Debbie Peregoy Scholarship Fund, c/o Community Foundation of Carroll County, 255 Clifton Blvd, Suite 313, Westminster, MD 21157.
