Paul Frederick Miller, 96, of Westminster, passed away on Wednesday, September 14 2016 at Brookdale of Westminster. Born on January 31, 1920 in Hanover, PA, he was the one of 14 children of the late Charles and Mary Ann Epley Miller. He was the husband of the late Jean Elizabeth Martin. Paul was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during WWII fighting in the Africa, Bulge, and Rhine Campaigns. He then was a painter at Martins Body Shop in Baltimore. He was a member of Bethel Assembly of God in Littlestown, PA and enjoyed gardening and reading his Bible. Surviving Paul are son Frederick "Fred" Martin Miller and wife Janice of Hampstead; daughters Diane Louise Sappington and husband Murray of Orlando, FL and Lynda Jean Bauerlien and husband Carroll of Westminster; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 21 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 22 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with pastor, Rev. Jonathan Ritenour officiating. Entombment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
