Peggy Anne Otto, 89 of Sykesville, died Friday, Dec. 27, 2013, at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster.

Born Dec. 17, 1924, in Bartlesville, Okla., she was the daughter of the late George and Mini Revard Wilkie. She was the wife of the late Clifford S. Otto, who died in 1995.

She had been a homemaker for most of her life. She was a tournament bridge player. She volunteered at the Winterthur Museum in Wilmington, Del., and at the local hospital in Wilmington. She was a member of the Eastern Star, from which she received her 50 year pin.

Surviving are son and daughter-in-law C. Bruce and Jan Otto, of Mount Airy, daughter Judi Anne Harrison, of Rogers, Ark.; grandchildren Robert Harrison, Shelby Harrison, Mark Otto, Julie Eide, and Melanie Otto; and great-grandchildren Corinne, Corbin and Derek Eide, Vega Mouton, and Mason Otto.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday at Faith Lutheran Church, 1700 St. Andrews Way, Eldersburg, with Pastor Christopher Sperb officiating. Interment will be in Lower Brandywine Cemetery in Centreville, Del.
