Randy Allen Haines, 37, of Westminster, died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2014. Born Nov. 8, 1977 in Westminster, he was the son of Patricia Kay (Neiderer) Haines and Ray Allen Haines; both of Littlestown. Survived by his wife of 10 years, Kimberly Anne Haines. He worked for Douglas Lawn and Landscape, Hirt Tree Farm and Bullock's Country Meats and Farm Market for the last 20 years. He graduated from Francis Scott Key High School in 1995 and was a member of the Westminster Lions Club. In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by twin children Seth Allen Haines and Nicole Elizabeth Haines of Westminster, sisters Tina M. Haines of Westminster and Robin K. Pfeiffer and husband Matt of Littlestown, Pa., one brother Jason Haines of Littlestown, Pa., mother-in-law and father-in-law Vivienne and Donald Martin of Ellicott City. Also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster, and one hour prior to services on Saturday at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Deacon Charles Barnhart officiating. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to Kimberly Anne Haines, 508 Poole Rd., Westminster, MD 21157, to set up a trust fund for his twin children.
