Raymond E. Miller, 87, of Westminster, died Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013, at Lorien in Mount Airy.

Born June 12, 1926, in Liberal, Mo., he was the son of the late Enoch P. and Mabel Shanholtzer Miller.

Before retiring, he owned and operated Plain and Fancy Donuts in Westminster. He served in the Army, and was a former member of St. John Catholic Church.

He is survived by a son, Gregory Miller, of Westminster; and two grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a son, Timothy Miller; and numerous brothers and sisters.

Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main Street, Westminster.

Prayer services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in St. John Cemetery.
