Robert Blair Hull Sr., 92, of Randallstown, died Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at his home.

Born May 12, 1920, in Summerhill, Pa., he was the son of the late Daniel Leonard and Ruth Viola Claycomb Hull. He was the husband of Elsie Oleita Johnson Hull.

He was a veteran of the Navy and served during World War II. He worked as a general foreman for the former Westinghouse Corporation at Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport in the Aerospace Division. 

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and woodworking. He built his own home. He was a member of Palestine Lodge, Boumi Temple and VFW Post 467, Westminster.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are sons and daughter-in-law, Robert Blair Hull Jr., of Randallstown; Edwin Lloyd and Terri Lynn Hull, of Randallstown; daughter and companion Janet Louise Steinbach and John Henry Keeney, of Westminster; brothers Edwin Hull, of Ypsilanti, Mich.; and Warren Hull, of Summerhill; sisters Shirley Leaper, of Levittown, Pa.; and Ruth Arlene Tooren, of Waynesboro, Pa.; and grandchildren Jeffrey E., Timothy L., David R. and Michael L. Hull, Diane Oleita Steinbach and Nicholas M. Steinbach.

He was predeceased by grandson Jonathan Blair Steinbach.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at  Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Lake View Memorial Park, Sykesville.
