Sandra May Parks, 70, of Westminster, died Saturday, June 16, 2012, at the Carroll Hospice Dove House.

Born September 2, 1941, in Cockeysville, she was the daughter of the late Harry Wilson and Ann Huffman Wilson. She was the wife of the late Clarence S. "Butch" Parks.

Before retiring, she worked as a cleaner at the Milton Inn.

She attended the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Westminster. She enjoyed spending time with her dog Chewie, playing cards and ironing clothes.

Surviving are daughter Mary and son-in-law Dan Sage, of Westminster; daughter-in-law Kathryn Widener, of Parkton; brothers Marty Wilson, of Dundalk, and Harry Wilson, of Whitehall; sister Grace Carter, of Jacksonville; grandson T.J. Widener, of Jacobis, Pa.; 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by son Timothy Widener; brothers Wally and William Wilson; and sisters Gladys E. Pike and Doris V. Freeland.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster and 6 p.m. Tuesday until the time of service at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 595 Johann Drive, Westminster.

Funeral services will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Bishop Daniel Nerenberg conducting. Interment will be private.
