Sharon L. Seipp Hamilton, 65, of Reisterstown, formerly of Westminster, died unexpectedly Sunday afternoon, Oct. 13, 2013, at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown.

Born Nov. 1, 1947, in Hanover, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Francis L. and Romaine Rhoten Seipp. She was the wife of Calvin H. Hamilton, who died in 2005.

She was a 1965 graduate of Westminster High School and also graduated from Strayers Business College in Baltimore. She was an administrative assistant at Hopkins Federal Savings Bank in Highlandtown.

She was an active member of Glyndon United Methodist Church, where she served on many committees, and also was a member of the Reisterstown Lions Club. She enjoyed playing cards, cooking and entertaining family and friends.

Surviving are son Wesley Scott Senseney and wife Wendy, of Keymar; stepchildren Brad H. Hamilton, of Baltimore, and Dawn Langston, of Louisiana; a granddaughter, Ava Grace Senseney; and step-grandchildren Brea-Ann and Brylea Luff, Shane Johnvin and Dylan Langston.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday; and from 10 a.m. until the time of service, 11 a.m. Thursday at  Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 91 Willis St., Westminster, with the Rev. Jeannie March officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Finksburg.
