Shirley May Scott, 69, of Westminster, passed away on December 3, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born April 24, 1946 in Danville, PA, she was the daughter of Wilfred and Marie Hullihen and was the wife of the late George William Scott. She enjoyed family gatherings, visiting Ocean City and sitting on the beach. She had a passion for dancing. She enjoyed collecting different memorabilia such as Mini Mouse, Pilsbury Doughboy, and Native American baby dolls. She loved spending time with her Sassie. Surviving in addition to her Mother; are daughter, Deborah Kelbaugh of Millsboro, DE; two sons: William Richardson, Jr. of Salisbury, MD, Michael Richardson of Berlin, MD; sister, Catherine Baggett of Perry Hall, MD. Also surviving is 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by brothers, Butchie and Bobby Hullihen and a grandson, Brandon Richardson. Visitation will be held Monday, December 7, 2015, 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Eline Funeral Home, Finksburg, MD. Service will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, at 11:00 am at the Eline Funeral Home Finksburg. Interment will be in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
