Stephen Alan Schroeder, age 60, of Westminster, born in Baltimore, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2015 at Carroll Hospice Dove House. He was the son of Alma (Martinez) and Thurston Schroeder. He graduated from South Carroll High School in 1972. He served in the Marine Corp from 1979-1982. He worked at London Fog until its closure and then worked in the auto retail business until December 2014. He loved the Orioles, the Ravens, and fishing in Garrett County. He especially loved playing softball and had enjoyed the life long friendships that he had made. He also loved watching his daughters and his wife play softball; he was proud of all of them. Surviving are his wife, Trish Schroeder, daughters Maggie and Molly; sisters Mary Hickman, Geri Poole, Jeannie Spears, and Linda Lewis as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday at 11am at Haight Funeral Home and Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville. In addition to flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated in order to offset the cost of the memorial service at
