Sue Ann Hunter, 50, of Finksburg, died Monday, September 1, 2014 at the Kline Hospice. Born August 22, 1964 in Washington, D.C. she was the daughter of Wilbur and Dorothy Kelly Hunter. She was the wife of Chuck Eicholz. They had been married for 18 years. For the past 26 years she was the Director of Animal Programs for the National Aquarium in Baltimore. She was a member of Misfits Animal Sanctuary currently serving as President, AZA American Zoological Association, and founding member of The ABMA (Animal Behavior Management Association). She also supported many other animal welfare and rescues. In addition to her parents and husband she is survived by brother Joseph Hunter, nieces and nephews Lucas and Lexie Hunter, Eric Eicholz, Jr. and Jared and Juliana Eicholz. She is also survived by sister-in-law Betty Ann Eicholz and brothers-in-law Eric Eicholz, Sr. and Jamie Eicholz and his wife Jenifer. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6-9 PM at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Eldersburg, MD. Graveside services will be held 10:30AM Friday at Fort Lincoln Cemetery in Bladensburg, MD.
