Tara Louise Klingler, 21, of Westminster, died Monday, September 1, 2014 at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Born March 22, 1993 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Cynthia Louise "Cindy" Gardner Deserisy and husband Patrick of Bluffton, SC and Harry Lee Klingler Sr. and significant other Debbie Raver of Westminster. Tara was an inspiration to each and every person she encountered. Even in her times of severe illness, she fought her entire life, always smiling and carried herself with a positive outlook. She remained strong and courageous and will be missed by many. In addition to her parents, she is survived by brothers Travis Klingler and companion Becca Connor of New Windsor and Harry Lee Klinger, Jr. and companion Kerri Crocken of Westminster and a sister Megan Klingler of Bluffton, SC, maternal grandmother Hazel Ann Gardner of Bluffton, SC, paternal grandparents Beverly Klingler-Baldwin and John Baldwin of Westminster, nieces Molly, Piper and Payton. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by grandfathers William "Bill" Gardner, Sr. and Harold Leroy Klingler. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster. The family requests guests attending to please wear purple. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Tara's Cause and mailed to any Wells Fargo Bank.
