Thomas J. Damasiewicz, 63, of Eldersburg, formerly of Reisterstown, died unexpectedly Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012.

Born May 4, 1949, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late James and Ida Zgliniski Damasiewicz.

He graduated from the Maryland School of the Blind. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Immaculate Lady Council in Glyndon. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Glyndon.

He enjoyed bowling, the circus, singing and attending church.

Surviving are a brother, Michael Damasiewicz; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was predeceased by sisters Wanda Parks, Helen Warner, Marianne Steinburg, and Patricia Baxter.

A rosary service will be held at 4:30 p.m Monday at Sacred Heart Chapel, 65 Sacred Heart Lane, Glyndon, followed by a memorial Mass at 5 p.m., with Monsignor Lloyd Aiken officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Sacred Heart Church, 65 Sacred Heart Lane, Glyndon, MD  21071.
