Virginia Marie "Ginny" Hawkins Fulmer, 78, of Westminster, died Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013, at Reading Hospital.

Born May 1, 1935, in Bristol, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late Emmett and Leva Leona Lundy Hawkins. She was the wife of Jack L. Fulmer.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed painting, crocheting and playing piano. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are daughters and son-in-law Linda and Travis Simpson, of Oklahoma, Jenny Dull, of Hampstead, and Lechel Weaver, of Pennsylvania; son and daughter-in-law Jack "Stephen" and Donna Fulmer, of Elkridge; three sisters; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Calvary Baptist Church, 3200 Ridge Road, Westminster. Entombment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Finksburg.
