W. Leroy Bollinger, 73, of Westminster, passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at Carroll Hospital Center. Leroy was born on February 24, 1944 in Frederick, and was the son of the late Margaret Louise (Sharrer) Price and the late Amidee E. Bollinger, Sr. He was the loving husband of Teresa E. Bollinger, his wife of 19 years. Leroy graduated from Massanutten Military Academy. He was employed for the City of Westminster for 15 years. He also owned B's Restaurant, and worked at Yingling General Tire, and Kibler Construction. Leroy enjoyed riding horses, collecting model trains, socializing with his friends and watching the Baltimore Ravens. He was a member of Baust United Methodist Church. Surviving in addition to his wife are his children and spouses Kimberly Ann and Dave Taylor of Westminster, David Leroy and Melissa Bollinger of Westminster; brother Amidee "Andy" Bollinger, Jr. and Pam of Frederick; grandchildren Tyler, Tanner, David Leroy, Jr., Alicia and David, IV; and 3 great-grandchildren; and Uncle Kenneth and Doris Sharrer; and one nephew and 2 great-nephews. Cremation services are arranged by Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to Carroll Hospital Center, 200 Memorial Ave., Westminster, MD 21157.
